Scientific Presentations – A scientific community around Alpine issues

Through Summit Science, we seek to develop an active scientific community around mountain-related issues and the impact of human activities on these environments.
With this in mind, Summit Foundation positions itself as a platform for exchange and interaction between researchers, teachers, and the public.

Presentations at the heart of the Clean-Up Tour

As part of the Clean-Up Tour, Summit Foundation offers introductory scientific presentations. These allow researchers and teachers to present their work and make it accessible to the public.
These opportunities for exchange aim to make research more accessible and to build bridges between science and society.
  • atmospheric transfers; ;
  • seasonal variations; ;
  • impacts linked to human activities.

This work will enable better anticipation of the effects of climate change on Alpine ecosystems and improve preservation strategies for these essential resources.

Conferences and knowledge sharing

These presentations during the Clean-Ups are complemented by conferences and talks at universities, with the aim of building a lasting scientific community around Alpine environmental issues.
