WORKING FOR
CLEANER MOUNTAINS

Unexpected treasures

In the mountains, as elsewhere, waste has a variety of impacts on natural environments, from water and soil pollution to more direct harm to wildlife. Cigarette butts, bottles, plastic packaging, cans and even mobile phones - the melting snow often reveals many surprises. Some of these finds are more like treasures.

One of the highlights of the exhibition is this Swiss-made can of orange juice, sold between 1976 and 1978. Another rather old object is the ticket for a single ticket to the San Bernardino dating from 04.03.1989. The telescopic back-scratcher is impressive for its originality: a real treasure!
