SUMMIT FOUNDATION SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
For all deliveries, we will charge you shipping costs based on the total weight of your order and its destination. Delivery is handled by Swiss Post. Delivery takes between one and four weeks. We will inform you of items that are currently undeliverable.
Payment can be made by payment slip (BVR), credit card or PostFinance. Delivery times apply from receipt of payment. All orders must be paid for in advance in order to be delivered.
TAKE-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within five days. Used or personalised items are excluded from this guarantee. Returned parcels must be stamped. Please keep your postal receipt.
COLOUR VARIATIONS
The actual colours (tones) of our textiles are particularly difficult to reproduce electronically. For this reason, we always specify the shades in the item descriptions. Colour variations in photos of items on the screen are due to technical factors (e.g. individual screen settings). We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours reproduced on the website.
GUARANTEE AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Please notify us immediately of any manufacturing or material defects in the goods, as well as any damage resulting from transport. We will exchange defective items. If repairs are possible, they will be carried out by us or by our suppliers.
PRICE
All our prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT. Prices may vary, for example due to exchange rate fluctuations.
MAKE A DONATION VIA THE SUMMIT FOUNDATION SHOP
When you place an order, you have the option of making a donation to the Summit Foundation. This is a voluntary contribution that will be added to the total amount of your payment. This donation can be revoked in writing within five days of receipt of the goods. In this case, you will receive a refund of the amount on your credit card or by bank transfer.
