Voting ashtrays

According to a study by the Federal Office for the Environment, littering costs taxpayers over CHF 200 million a year, at least a third of which is attributable to cigarette butts.

The fight against this phenomenon therefore represents a considerable challenge and calls for multiple solutions.

Providing practical solutions to help people change their behaviour is one of the key focuses of the Summit Foundation's work. The wall-mounted ashtray, which allows users to vote between two proposals, pursues this objective of changing behaviour, with the ultimate aim of reducing the littering of streets with cigarette butts.

- Voting proposals can be personalised and easily modified using a simple A6 sheet of paper

- Wall-mounted using 4 screws or on a post, for example using metal clamps to be passed through the 2 tubes provided for this purpose at the rear of the ashtray.
