At Summit Foundation, we encourage ecological awareness without making people feel guilty, by focusing on concrete actions and a positive message to encourage change. As part of our commitment to sustainable development and solidarity, we promote professional integration by employing civil servants and unemployed people, and work with sheltered workshops to manufacture our products.
The Foundation takes on civil servants for both priority and non-priority assignments, ideally on a long-term basis. We are also part of the BNF programme, which enables unemployed people to undertake work experience placements in companies under the supervision of the unemployed.
